2025-2026 Season Pass Holder Policies & Guidelines
- Your season pass is valid for the 2025-2026 Season Only. You may use it for yourself and/or others you designate for any combination of productions. For example, if you purchased one eight-production season pass, you may use one ticket for each production, or use two tickets at a time for four productions, or any combination that you prefer.
- You may call the box office to make reservations for each performance you wish to attend or you may book your tickets online. Contact the box office for information on how to book your tickets online. Please book tickets early to make sure your favorite seats are available as performances frequently sell out early. Phone reservation hours are Tuesday – Thursday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Friday thru Sunday one hour prior to and during each performance the lobby is open and the box office is available for phone reservations.
- If you need to reschedule, you must call our box office 24 hours in advance. If you call less than 24 hours before the performance, the reservation will count as an attended performance.
- Season passes are transferable. They may be given to friends and family members to use.
- Season passes are non-refundable.
- Season pass holders may park in the VIP parking spaces as you first enter the driveway. These spaces are limited and will be marked “Season Pass Holders Only.”
- You will receive your concession vouchers when you arrive at your reserved performance time. Concession vouchers are only valid for the current production. Cookies are available while supplies last.
