Just saw Prodigal Son on 1-5-19, opening night. What an outstanding portrayal from the original bible story. Jordan Beck the writer definitely has a creative mind. The young man who played the Prodigal son ( Jaylen Baham) stole the show. Such an amazing and talented actor with a great voice. The songs he sang were amazing. I cant wait to go back and see it a second time. If you love Jazz Music, you will love this show.
Great job by the entire cast. Also the female vocalist who narrated the show was also amazing.

What a great production this is! We saw this tonight, and I can’t recommend it enough! The story was as beautiful as I had imagined it to be. Set in a different timeline, the creative nature was not only one you could identify with, but one that was entertaining, and relatable. The picture of God the Father’s unconditional love and forgiveness is beautifully portrayed in this play. The costuming, singing and dancing, the three piece band, and the talented actors should not be missed! Kudos to all involved in producing this fine production! Everyone need to see it!
